Overview
Chainwright Ltd, trading as Talk to HR ("we", "us", or "our"), uses the following sub-processors to deliver our Service. We maintain Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors that handle personal data.
We will notify customers of any material changes to this list via email or through the Service dashboard.
Current Sub-processors

Data Protection
All sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations to:
- Process personal data only for specified purposes
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Assist with data subject rights requests
- Notify us of any security incidents
- Delete or return personal data upon termination
International Transfers
Where sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Changes to Sub-processors
We may update this list from time to time as our Service evolves. Enterprise customers with specific contractual requirements will be notified of any changes in accordance with their agreements.
